We The Plumbers — From Content to a Customer Journey
Plumbing symptoms, services, towns, and a service-request path become parts of one public experience, with an owner back office behind it.
Before: a website and a service business to connect.
The starting material included previous website pages and articles, a service catalog, business photography, and operational records. Those pieces needed a consistent public journey: a person starts with what they notice, finds the relevant service, and requests a visit.
After: the customer journey has a structure.
The current site groups services into practical categories, uses symptom and service pages, and directs visitors toward a shared request path. Original crew photography gives the business a recognizable identity. The project also includes a VIP back office and lead-intake work, with each operational integration tracked in its own scope.
| Starting point | Rebuild |
|---|---|
| Legacy previous website content | Preserved and curated articles, service pages, and town pages |
| Customers need to describe a problem | Symptom-based entry points connected to services |
| Separate service and marketing information | A structured catalog informing the public site |
| Calls and requests scattered across pages | A consistent service-request destination |
What this proves.
This project demonstrates how the public website can be organized around the work a local business performs. Its content and request experience share a vocabulary, so the customer journey can inform operations.
The public experience is live. Back-office integrations and scheduling continue through their own development stages, building on this website and service-catalog foundation.
From what the customer notices to the service they need.
Actual homepage captures, October 13, 2026. Before is the original previous website site on its original host; after is the public rebuilt website.
